Invitation for Purchase 159 Settlers Landing Road Hampton, Virginia 23669 By Hampton Redevelopment & Housing Authority Sales Price - $72,135 The Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority (HRHA) is soliciting a qualified Buyer to purchase this newly renovated family residence. This home is located at 159 Settlers Landing Road, in Hampton in the Old Hampton neighborhood. The goal of this sale is to create a homeownership opportunity for a Low Income homebuyer only, as per the HUD regulation income limits. (See attached Exhibit A) Special purchasing assistance is being offered to qualified applicants under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) for this property. This property is offered to clients up to 80% AMI. (See Exhibit A) Physical Characteristics: This is a charming newly renovated ranch style home with approximately 852 square feet of living area. The lot size is approximately 6,565 square feet. Property is complete and ready for a New Homebuyer. Purchase Price: The purchase price of this home is $72,135. Price is non-negotiable based on regulations of NSP, however, qualified applicants are eligible to receive purchasing subsidy which will reduce the 1 st mortgage amount to at least $32,681. Exhibit A Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority Listing of HUD Income Eligibility Guidelines The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is required by law to set income limits that determine the eligibility of applicants for HUD s assisted housing programs.
