O-TARIFFED PRODUCTS AD SERVICES Page 872 SaskTel Billed umber Screening Description Billed umber Screening (BS) Database Service permits Competitive Pay Telephone Service Providers (CPTSPs), Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs), and Wireless Service Providers (WSPs), to list high level numbers (PA-XX/PA-SSS- S) and line level numbers (PA-XXX-XXXX) for the purpose of placing call billing restrictions on their telephone lines. Any telephone number entered into the database will be restricted from accepting collect or bill-to-third (C/BTT) party calls. Definitions For the purposes of this non-tariff: BS Database refers to the database used within the billed number screening system that houses the high level and line level number information needed to validate billing C/BTT calls to a telephone number. High Level umber refers to a six-digit number (i.e PA-XX) or a seven-digit number (i.e. PA-XX-X). Line Level umber refers to a ten-digit number (i.e. PA-XX-XXXX) that identifies each main telephone on the public switched network. Subscriber refers to a customer who subscribes to the BS Database Service. Transaction refers to any new high level and/or line level number to be listed in the database, and any modification or removal or a number already listed in the database.
O-TARIFFED PRODUCTS AD SERVICES Page 873 SaskTel Billed umber Screening Continued Conditions of Service 1. The service is available to CPTSPs, CLECs, and WSPs. 2. The subscriber is required to establish service with SaskTel in the territory it operates and requires service. The service need only to be established once with SaskTel. 3. If a ten-digit number is to be listed, the corresponding seven-digit number must already exist in the database, or otherwise must also be listed. 4. The subscriber shall provide accurate high level and line level number information records for all transactions to be entered into the database. SaskTel shall enter each transaction into the BS database on behalf of the subscriber. 5. SaskTel is not responsible for errors created due to erroneous number information, or for entering any duplicated information provided by the subscriber. SaskTel does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the BS database, and shall not be liable for any loss, cost or damages arising from the use of information contained in the database. 6. SaskTel may also provide the service in this non-tariff at rates and on terms different from those described in this item if the service is provided pursuant to an agreement entered into between the company and a competitor.

Such rates and charges are in addition to any other rates and charges that may be applicable. For Monthly Rate Service Charges Service Establishment Charge, one-time payment per subscriber /C # Transaction Charge, non-recurring payment per transaction entered into the database* /C # Maintenance/Support Charge, per subscriber # /C * A minimum service charge of $13.00 is applicable to each BS request.
