SPHM PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION Complex activity that takes a concerted effort from the many involved. Staff & Management need to be motivated staff involvement and Buy-In is of paramount importance Staff & Management need to be properly educated & trained. Efforts are needed over time to sustain the change.
