Legal and Protective - Section 4 - Action Detailed (Red & Amber) a) The Council is more efficient and effective Slightly Adrift of Target 2 Parent Action Code SP1213LP_A_A02 Description Completion of new Local Development Plan with full member and public engagement. % Progress Latest Note Due Date Managed By Assigned To 2012/13 - Quarter Two Update As per Quarter One, progress of the new Local Development Plan has been on target but delay has been introduced due to democratic process necessitating a 'Modified Plan' stage. This is estimated to take six months from inception to completion. However, a Committee decision in relation to North Coast housing allocations is required before the Modified Plan can be published. Local elections and the subsequent summer recess has introduced another delay of some 3 months. These circumstances, outwith the control of the service, mean that the timescales for completion of this action should be revised to 31st October 2013. 31-Mar-2013 Ian Mackay Bob Forrest; Louise Kirk 6
