Women 30-64 years of age who received one or more Pap test and HPV co-testing to screen for cervical cancer during the measurement year or the 4 years prior. Exclusions: Women who had a hysterectomy with no residual cervix. *Female Adolescents ages 16-20 years are not recommended to have cervical cancer screening. Measure: Prenatal Care- Timeliness (PPC-Pre) Measure : Prenatal care visit in the first trimester or as early as possible upon member request of appointment. For members newly enrolled in HUSKY Health who are pregnant, schedule visit within 42 days of enrollment. Measure looks for any visit to an OB/GYN, midwife, FP, or other PCP with one of these: Obstetric panel TORCH antibody panel Rubella antibody/titer with Rh incompatibility (ABO/Rh blood typing) Ultrasound of pregnant uterus Pregnancy-related diagnosis code Documented LMP or EDD with either a completed obstetric history or risk assessment and counseling/education.
