ESTABLISHED RATES Interpreters The ISC did not set a specific rate for interpreter services. The hourly rate shall be the rate that court interpreters have contracted with the Court for providing the same type of interpreting services. Process servers Law enforcement subpoenas are delivered to the police liaison for delivery at no charge (per undated Memo on Procedures in Court Appointed Cases) In-county $20.00 Out-of-county $25.00 Established Rates For Investigative Services Provided On or After July 1, 2010 Investigative Services Established Rate Note: A court order is required.
