Enquire - services Services to help you get started We offer a portfolio of services to help you get started with your KnowAll system. Our services are flexible are arranged to meet your individual requirements. No hidden charges our quote will include only the services you require. Installation services You can choose to use your own IT support or use one of our expert application engineers. Remote-assisted install one of our application engineers will install all components remotely using Citrix technology. We will need to liaise with a member of your IT staff whilst doing this. Charged at 95 per hour. On-site install we send an application engineer on-site to install all components. We will need to liaise with a member of your IT staff whilst doing this. Charged at 650 per day or 325 per half day, plus travel expenses. On-site training To get you off to a good start we recommend at least half a training day per module. We will train up to 8 people in any module session and we recommend you book a training room if possible. The training will be geared to your requirements and repeat sessions can be run if necessary. Enquire is offered on a SQL Server platform. SQL Server is a robust enterprise level database engine and is the market leader in data storage and retrieval.
