Laboratory Experience: I work in thimoty lab in division of rheumatology and immunology in Pittsburg University.I had the following experience:gel diffusion method, electrophoresis, cloning, bacterial transformation, restriction enzyme digestion, DNA sequencing, polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
