The Federal Government s premier leadership roadmap Essential leadership training for different roles/levels Over 150 Agency divisions and 1,400 participants since 2009 Structure Assessment, Core Development, Policy Awareness and Skill Immersion Courses (about 30 days of training in courses of different lengths) 3 Leadership level choices for LEAD Climate Change: Manager, Executive or Professional (subject matter expert/non-supervisory) Capstone Paper or Experiential Work Cohort: The Pilot Journey 5 Mission OPM/USACE LEAD PARTNERSHIP To develop visionary leaders across (environmental / natural resource management agencies) to prepare them to address the national and international climate challenge 6 Presented by the Association of Climate Change Officers Page 3 of 7
