Former public conveniences Stockport Introduction On the instructions of Stockport Council eight individual former public convenience properties at various locations within the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport are to be made available for purchase or to rent. Initially the Council is seeking expressions of interest from interested parties. Locations The eight locations are as follows: 1. Lyme Street, Hazel Grove, Stockport SK7 4AB SOLD 2. Railway Road, Marple, Stockport SK6 6HU 3. Massie Street, Cheadle, 4. Bulkeley Street, Edgeley, Stockport SK3 9HD 5. Church Road, Mellor, Stockport SK6 5PP 6. Derby Street, Marple, Stockport SK6 7AH 7. Oldknow Road, Marple, Stockport SK6 7BX 8. Woodley Precinct, Hyde Road, Woodley, Stockport SK6 1RJ Description As can be seen from the images below, these are eight individual properties of varying ages, styles and sizes. The respective site plans show the extent of the various properties edged red (see below also). Services Mains water and sewerage together with electricity are common to all properties. Interested parties should make their own enquiries of the relevant authorities regarding the availability of services as necessary.
