The Parks Bond package included the Downtown Park as one of several park projects. The Landscape Architectural firm Cole Jenest & Stone was selected to design and provide construction administration services for the Downtown Park. The proposed location for the Downtown Park is within the block surrounded by Academy, Walnut, Walker and Park Streets.
