General Guidelines Outlook 2010 x64-bit Support Outlook 2010 x64-bit uses MAPI x64 library and requires all applications and components accessing Outlook x64 to use this x64-bit library. The Call Connector Operator (for Outlook x64) is a native x64-bit application with x64-bit toolbar components to support Outlook x64. As an x64- bit native application, this version of the Call Connector Operator has the following restrictions/limitations: The x64-bit Call Connector Operator will only work with Outlook x64. If the x64-bit Windows has Outlook x32 installed, then the installation will fail. Existing 1.6.0 version Call Connector Operator will need to be uninstalled first before installing the 2.1 version. Running under Windows Standard User Rights Version 2.1 Cisco Call Connector clients can run on Windows accounts that have standard user rights. There are differences in the client behavior when run under standard user rights. These are summarized below: The Cisco Call Connector client must be installed from a Windows account with administrator/power user rights. During installation, the option to Run with limited user rights must be selected. The required Cisco Call Connector Services are setup to run automatically at Windows startup. The option to Run with limited user rights is not available when updating. User requiring this option must uninstall the Cisco Call Connector clients. The Cisco Call Connector Services cannot be started or stopped by the client menu. (Note the status of the Call Connector services cannot be queried and always indicates stopped). Connection errors that require restart of the Call Connector Services will require the PC to be restarted. LAN Access and Ports The Local Area Network is used in multi-user environments to share the directory data and to access services such as E-mail and the Telephony Service. Access to the Internet is also required for the activation process. The following network connections are made between the applications running on the Call Connector Server and the Call Connector clients and the Communication Systems: Connections Type Server Ports (Default) Communication Servers SCCP TCP Available TCP ports Communication Server RADIUS UDP 1646 Communication Server Telnet TCP 23 CallConnector Server Application UDP + TCP 5060, 39984, 5061, 5062, 5063, 5071, 5072-5077 CallConnector Clients Receive Port TCP 5065 7
