Scope of the Service Team act as initial contact point for service (instance) requests from communities or EUDAT centres to provide enabling support for Safe Replication, Data Staging and PID Services. supervise the operations team concerning Safe Replication and Data Staging services act as 2nd level support in case of technically detailed questions that cannot be handled by the 1st level support.
