MINIMUM MENTOR REQUIREMENTS The Professionalism Committee of the OCBA reviews all Mentor applications and makes the final decision as to whether an applicant will be placed on the Pre-Approved Mentor List, which is required before a Mentor can be matched with a Mentee. Please check all of the following that apply: I am an attorney licensed in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar. I will have been admitted to practice law in Florida for at least one year as of October 31, 2010. I am a member in good standing of the OCBA. I have never been suspended or disbarred from the practice of law in any state nor have I voluntarily surrendered my law license to dispose of a pending disciplinary proceeding.
