Step 2: Accept Program Terms & Conditions by signing the completed form. Step 3: The F5 Competitive Replacement Program rebate amount is defined within the Matrix. Step 4: Sign and return the form to your F5 sales representative via fax or email. (Fax: (206) 272-5583, Attention: [Your F5 sales rep]) Customers outside the United States can fax the form to their local F5 office (http://www.f5.com/about/ contact/). Summary F5 s Competitive Replacement Program is designed to ease the costs associated with acquiring F5 solutions. It allows either you or your customer to trade in named competitive products for credit toward the purchase of an equivalent F5 solution. Program highlights include: Rebate check issued directly to you, your customer, or credited to your partner account with F5. Most major competitive products are eligible. Program rules: The Competitive Replacement Program registration form must be completed, with signed and accepted Terms & Conditions, and received by F5 prior to or with the new F5 product purchase order to be eligible. After receiving the form, F5 will determine whether the request is eligible for trade-in and purchase, and will assess the appropriate credit amount. Trade-in credits cannot be combined with any other programs or promotions.
