SAMPLE UDALL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION The sample application is for reference only. You must apply for the scholarship through the Udall Foundation s on-line application system (available October 1). Your faculty representative can provide you access to this system. You can find your FacRep on the Udall Foundation s website, www.udall.gov. The website also offers guidance in completing your application and additional information on the competition.
