February 4, 2009 Enbridge Gas Distribution Storage Service Offering Binding Open Season Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. ( Enbridge ) is pleased to announce this seasonal deliverability storage service offering to be based at its Tecumseh Gas Storage Facility. This storage service offering is effective beginning on February 4, 2009. Bids must be received by Enbridge by 12:00 noon Eastern Time on February 17, 2009. Enbridge expects to award storage capacity for this open season offering by 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on February 19, 2009 and to execute contracts with successful bidders within 30 days thereafter. Enbridge is proposing services totaling a maximum of 2,655,720 GJ (approximately 2.5 Bcf) of storage capacity, with a maximum of 1.2% withdrawal capability and 1% injection capability. Enbridge may augment its existing infrastructure and resources as it deems necessary to facilitate the provision of this storage service. If Enbridge determines that sufficient demand exists for the storage service offered pursuant to this open season project to warrant expansion of its Tecumseh facility, it will file the appropriate applications with the Ontario Energy Board, Ministry of Natural Resources and other applicable regulatory bodies for approval of such expansion. In addition to sufficient support being expressed, this service offering is contingent upon (among other things) Enbridge s receipt of: all necessary internal and external approvals; all necessary governmental and regulatory approvals; and appropriate financial assurances from the successful bidder. A. Summary of Storage Service Offering: Enbridge is offering a firm seasonal market-priced storage service to be based at its Tecumseh Gas Storage Facility in southwestern Ontario. The storage services are being offered subject to a maximum withdrawal of 1.2% of storage capacity and maximum injection of 1.0% of storage capacity. Both injection and withdrawal maximums will also be subject to ratchets which will be laid out below. The specifications of this storage service are as follows: Term: 1 or 2 years. Location: Customers may deliver gas to Enbridge s Tecumseh Storage facility at: Corunna (Enbridge interconnection with Niagara Link); Dawn (Union Gas interconnection with Enbridge); TCPL SWDA (TCPL interconnection with Enbridge); or Vector interconnection (interconnection between Tecumseh and Vector). Enbridge will re-deliver gas to Customers at: Dawn (Union Gas interconnection with Enbridge); Maximum Storage Capacity: 2,655,720 GJ (approximately 2.5 BCF).
