Biomedical Sciences Intended Qualifications (Freshmen and Sophomore) Remaining in Good Standing in the Finish in 4 as an intended Biomedical Sciences major during the FRESHMAN and SOPHOME years requires the following to be maintained: 1) Successful completion of an average of 30 credit hours each academic year (or 25% of the program) 2) Receive at least a B in all prerequisite courses. If you do not receive a B on your first attempt, you must retake it during the preceding summer to stay on track 3) Register on time during the first day of your enrollment appointment and register in the correct courses for your plan and for the UB General Education requirements 4) Schedule a group or individual academic advisement appointment (Schedule by week four each semester) 5) Completion of all ten prerequisites by the end of the sophomore year with at least a 3.2 prerequisite GPA and no prerequisite grade less than a B and apply to the major by February 15, 2015.
