Why choose Brain Injury Experts from Simpson Millar The thought of instructing a Solicitor can seem daunting, lots of questions will be going through your mind: Who should I speak to? Will they have the expertise to deal with my claim? Have they dealt with claims similar to mine before? Will they speak to us in plain English and be there with us every step of the way? Our team pride themselves on being honest, approachable and easy to get on with, but also having the fight and determination to secure the best possible rehabilitation, treatment and settlement for our clients. When someone suffers an injury as severe as a brain injury, the main priority is to get the injured person back into their family environment with the rehabilitation to help aid their recovery along with support for them and their families. Most of our team have families and children of their own and are aware of how important it is to have your family unit around you. Call now for a no obligation discussion. We can visit you at home or in hospital.
The best way to answer any queries you have, is to speak to us. However, here are some of the most frequently asked questions: Will we have to pay you anything? We will explore all funding options. If appropriate we will act for you on a no win no fee basis, so if your claim is unsuccessful you pay nothing. What about rehabilitation and treatment We are worrying about finances, can you help with this? Rehabilitation and treatment are our number one priority, this is what helps the injured person with their recovery following an accident and therefore this area is our main focus. If the waiting list on the NHS is not satisfactory or the rehabilitation and treatment is not available on the NHS, we will request funding for the recommendations to take place on a private basis. In our first letter to the party we are holding responsible for the accident, we can request an interim payment or at any stage throughout the claim when money is required. If the party responsible agrees to release a payment, this can be used to cover loss of earnings, medical treatment or in some cases, changes to your home or even moving home. We will work with you and your family to suit your individual needs. If you have questions of your own, simply give us a call FREEPHONE 0800 195 8467
