State aid declaration This fund has been supported by HM Government with Employer Ownership of Skills Funding, and therefore constitutes State Aid. All recipients of grant fund are required to complete a Declaration that they meet the EU Regulations in respect of receiving State Aid. Any funding offered will be as de minimis aid under Commission Regulation (EC) 1407/2013. The de minimis regulation enables an enterprise to receive up to 200,000 euros (approximately 164,000 at exchange rate of 82p/ 1) in aid (any public resources) over three fiscal years. Providing aid is given within the de minimis rules there is no requirement to notify it to the European Commission. To ensure that the requirements of the de minimis regulation are met, the scheme administrators must ensure that any award of state funding to an enterprise given under the terms of the de minimis block exemption does not breach the 200,000 ceiling over three fiscal years. You are therefore asked to declare that this is the case. 19. Have you received any de minimis aid over the last three fiscal years?* (Yes/No) 20.
