Prior to joining the Inceva Group in 2011, Sal was Vice President of Acquisitions at Compass Acquisitions Partners. In a period of 4 years, Sal was responsible for the sourcing, acquiring, repositioning and disposition of over $350 Million USD ( 11 Billion Baht) in Apartments, Office and Mixed-Use properties in the West Coast of the United States & Hawaii. His 14 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Digital technologies and Management have helped Inceva achieve one of the highest client satisfaction and overall retention ratings in the entire industry. Sal has a B.Sc in Finance and Management Information Systems from California State University in Long Beach. Sal is a Certified Google Adwords Specialist.
