DECISION-MAKING MODEL As stated relevat lterature, multattrbute utlty theory evaluates utlty fuctos teded to accurately express a decso-maker s outcome prefereces terms of multple attrbutes. It really reduces the complex problem of assessg a multattrbute utlty fucto to oe of assessg a seres of udmesoal utlty fuctos. Accordgly, the three cocered attrbutes of ERN, PPD, ad CRI the preset model are dvdually apprased by the preferece of decso-maker.
