Pepper Flexi Advantage Pepper Flexi Advantage is designed for people who appreciate flexibility from their lender in assessing their loan application. It has been developed in response to the growing number of prime customers who want a mortgage but are excluded by the big lenders because they fail an automated credit scoring decision. This home loan makes it easier for customers to purchase or refinance their home or an investment property, consolidate their debts, or raise working capital for business purposes. It even provides a solution for customers who have had past credit problems or who lack the minimum 5% genuine savings required by big lenders. Case Study: Debt Consolidation Types of customers we have helped Today more than ever home owners with a mortgage find themselves with a number of other finance arrangements such as car loans, personal loans and credit cards. This leads to a high monthly outgoing as well as the inconvenience of repayments to multiple accounts. Pepper s Flexi Advantage loan deals directly with this scenario by consolidating all of these debts into one easy monthly repayment. The number of debts consolidated is not a problem. Thanks to Pepper s Flexi Advantage the result is reduced stress and more money in the borrower s pocket. Page 2

Pepper Flexi Advantage PLUS Pepper Flexi Advantage PLUS is designed for customers who, due to previous defaults or credit impairment, are unable to secure a home loan through a bank or a prime lender. It has been developed in response to the growing number of customers who want a home loan but due to recent arrears or defaults are unable to secure a mortgage through prime lenders as they fail an automated credit scoring decision, even though the event that caused the arrears or defaults has now been resolved. This home loan makes it easier for customers to purchase or refinance their home or investment property, consolidate their debts, or raise working capital for business purposes. Case Study: Refinance with Cash Out Types of customers we have helped Today many Australians are opting to renovate their existing homes rather than paying more to purchase a fully renovated house. It is now harder than ever to secure a new mortgage for many of these borrowers wishing to secure cash out to renovate their home, especially where they have had a recent event occur that has caused them to miss a couple of home loan repayments or where they have defaulted on other payments. The Pepper Flexi Advantage PLUS can provide the solution to this scenario. If the customer can demonstrate that the event that caused the defaults or mortgage arrears has been resolved, and they are again able to make their home loan repayments, then Pepper s Flexi Advantage PLUS will allow them to refinance their existing home loan and provide cash out to complete their renovations.
