I ve provided a thorough plan, with outcomes and risks, to my DoN for review. I m anxious to see the outcomes improve and impact patient care. Proficient I ve reviewed the PI plan and recognized other facilities are going to be impacted. Having done this work previously I know where the risks lay and will mitigate.
