Schedule 1 Baltex User Schedule The persons named below are Baltex Users for the purposes of the Rules. Once granted access to Baltex the Member must inform BEDT of any changes to this list by submitting an updated copy of the list, signed by an authorised signatory, to BEDT in accordance with the Rules. The amended list should indicate whether the named individuals are being added to or removed from the list of Baltex Users. I confirm that the information provided in and attached to this Membership Application Form is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and that the Applicant will notify BEDT in accordance with the Rules in respect of any changes to this information once the Application has been submitted.
