Fresh, modern look and feel We have redesigned the desktop and some frequently used screens to make it easier to find information and complete tasks. This modern user interface includes redesigned icons, a ribbon-style tool bar and indications for required fields. Improved user management for Lanpaks and IAP licenses A new current Users screen helps to organise the use of Lanpak licenses. You can now get information about who is currently signed in to Sage 300 ERP and which screens they are accessing and for how long. The screen includes User s contact details and the modules/screens they are using. Functional Improvements to increase productivity This release includes functional improvements across Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Purchase Orders and Order Entry modules by adding new fields, configuration options and printing periods in G/L Transaction Listing. Apart from the above, Sage 300 ERP 2014 includes support for MS Office 2013 32-bit and improved Help and Documentation across A/R, A/P, G/L and Intercompany Transactions modules. Using Sage Inventory Advisor, you can classify and evaluate hundreds of thousands of separate items and analyse historic sales data to accurately forecast future demand. Sage 300 ERP 2014 connects and mobilises your sales team. Your sales team doesn t have to be bound by the four walls of your business they can carry the interactive, real-time functionality of Sage CRM on their smartphones wherever business takes them. Sage CRM Sales Tracker for Windows 8 gives users access to their Sage CRM company, person, and opportunity records from their Windows 8 Tablet device. Users can even build a watch list of opportunities key to their pipeline. Sage CRM Sales Tracker can also be accessed through a Windows 8 PC. Sage CRM Sales Lite is built for sales teams on the road who need up-to-date information on their phone, even when out of coverage. Using an iphone app, Sage CRM Sales Lite gives users mobile access to their Sage CRM data, tasks, and appointments and allows them to track and log outbound calls, email, and SMS activities. Sage CRM for Facebook is a further addition to the social media capabilities in Sage CRM, which already includes LinkedIn and Twitter. The Sage Intelligence Reporting Bundle improvements include Report Designer with new task pane, new row sets, new financial reports and improved report manager, report viewer, container reports and better security features. Support for MS Excel 2010 (64-bit) and MS.Net Framework has been added. This release also includes many improvements in performance through its powerful In-Memory technology. Four new Financial Report templates have been added, which can be viewed from the Report Manager or Report Viewer. The new Report templates are Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios and Financial Forecasting. The Sage Intelligence Profitability Dashboard enables you to quickly identify the profitability of customers, products, and salespersons based upon weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual time frames. The Sage Intelligence Profitability Dashboard will be available as a report to import into Sage Intelligence. Sage Inventory Advisor is a web-based solution that goes beyond merely tracking what inventory you have on hand and sending alerts when you run low. Sage Inventory Advisor analyses Sage 300 ERP data to provide improved stock forecasting, better vendor management, and recommendations for optimal replenishment.
