This unit focuses on the planning that is required to meet internal & external customer requirements, methods for ensuring delivery of quality services & products, and the monitoring, adjustment & review procedures associated with quality customer service. Manage budgets & financial plans This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills & knowledge required to undertake financial management within a work team in an organisation. The emphasis includes planning & implementing financial management approaches, supporting team members whose role involves aspects of financial operations, monitoring & controlling finances, as well as reviewing & evaluating effectiveness of financial management processes which are in line with the financial objectives of both the work team as well as the organisation.
