Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Enterprise business intelligence business warehouse (BI-BW) Big data aggregated data from multiple ERPs, non-erps, and business warehouse systems into a single environment for business analytics Streamlined cross-program view of data through single-portal access Improve centralized business intelligence and analytics capability to the Army Gives reports, dashboards and analytical tools to empower Army decisions and maximize efficiency in logistics operations and materiel management across the Army Make the Army more efficient by delivering materiel solutions to the Soldier that increase readiness and combat effectiveness. Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) Increment I In operation at 11 th ACR (NTC) since Dec. 2007; successful operational test in Oct. 2011 at 2/1 AD (Ft. Bliss) Wave 1: Fielding automated inventory/financial management to 14,000 users through 4 th quarter FY15 (now 50% fielded) Wave 2: Modernizes logistics and enables financial audit readiness; will be fielded to 150,000 users (2 nd quarter FY15 4 th quarter FY17) 2,200+ property books and associated maintenance / unit supply SAP Defense Public Sector (DFPS) enables multiple command and control structures in the Army; Mobile Defense Solution supports disconnected maintenance operations Increment II in planning stages business intelligence & Army Workload and Performance System Increment III based on return on investment for the Army; may include ammunition, transportation, and/or others UNCLASSIFIED PEO EIS 9

Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) IPPS-A is a web-based human resources (HR) system with a comprehensive personnel and pay record for each Soldier, regardless of component. Currently under development, IPPS-A will alleviate the Army s reliance on over 40 legacy systems. IPPS-A will offer Soldiers, leaders, and HR professionals a single HR system that triggers Soldier pay actions in response to personnel information changes. Increment I For the first time, the Soldier Record Brief (SRB) is a standardized report for all Army components, interfacing with 15 systems. More than 1.1 million Soldiers received access to IPPS-A and their SRB: Army National Guard (provisioned by May 2014) Active Army (provisioned by Aug. 2014) Army Reserve (provisioned by Nov. 2014) Increment II Anticipates receiving Milestone B for engineering, manufacturing and development in Dec. 2014 Currently in source selection UNCLASSIFIED PEO EIS 10
