Preserving Wealth for Future Generations The Triple Point Estate Planning Service is a clear and simple inheritance tax mitigation solution which gives investors access to real, tangible businesses via two strategies, Navigator and Generations. With a proven 10 year track record, each of the Navigator and Generations strategies focuses on the provision of funding for businesses or for institutions such as the NHS and for Local Authorities. Investors can choose how to allocate their investment between the strategies. This provides target returns in the range 1.5% to 6.0% net of fees, charges and corporation tax. The Triple Point Estate Planning Service The Triple Point Estate Planning Service is designed for: Speed Achieves IHT relief after two years. Access, control and flexibility Investors can withdraw all or part of their funds if their plans or needs change. Investors can also make new investments in the Estate Planning Service at any time. Capital preservation Businesses are selected for their financial stability. Simplicity and choice Investors can choose from a blend of two established strategies, Navigator and Generations. How Business Property Relief Works The Triple Point Estate Planning Service can achieve 100% relief from inheritance tax on the amount invested after a maximum of two years, while many other strategies typically take seven years. An investment through the Service can deliver the equivalent of 66.6% uplift in post-tax value for beneficiaries on funds invested, as illustrated below.
