While she s away, Marta gets killed by Liza s imaginary friend, Tomy Tani, the ghost of a Japanese pop singer from the 1950s. Jealous relatives report Liza to the police for murdering Marta to inherit her apartment. Sergeant Zoltan is put on the case. The policeman rents a room from Liza so he can keep a closer eye on his suspect. Zoltan secretly repairs a stack of faulty fittings, very nearly gets killed in the process, and falls slowly in love with Liza. Liza gains confidence and begins to look better when she takes tips from a women s magazine, but all her dating efforts end in fatal accidents orchestrated by Tomy Tani. We are in a small country town where strange things happen but the adults do not take any notice of it. More and more kids disappear into unknown, only to appear later, seemingly unharmed. But they are somewhat different, changed, transformed. Watson, the over-energetic geek-type has started his own investigation before but did not get very far. Stepping into the investigation immediately brings creepy results: a witness confesses to have seen a monster kidnapping one of the victims, and on one of the school photos someone has marked the next victim to go. They bump into the enigmatic, sassy Ira Adler, whose father was investigating similar disappearances years ago, until he himself vanished, only leaving a mysterious circus ticket behind: Circus Infractus Somnius, the Circus of Broken Dreams. As expected, Tibi completely screws up the job and becomes the target of Japanese Assassins, a very angry Gypsie family and the entire Slovakian Army. CAR PARK 2014 Budget BENCE MIKLAUZIC FERENC LENGYEL, TIBOR SZERVÉT IVÁN ANGELUSZ, PÉTER REICH 100 MIN DRAMA 1.01M EURO The story takes place on an empty plot of land surrounded by apartment buildings in the very heart of Budapest. This is the car park where LEGIONNAIRE is king. For him, this small square of land is the centre of the world; and this is where a family of blackbirds live, and he has become very fond of them. But a dark shadow spreads across Legionnaire s perfect little world when a ginger cat appears on the scene and sets its feline sights on one of the adult blackbirds. And then, as if none of this were bad enough, IMRE pulls up in his 1968 Ford Mustang. Anyone can park wherever they like, except for one particular spot: an area sheltered by a roof where Legionnaire has buried a little blackbird. But Imre is determined to secure this parking space at any cost. Legionnaire has a double battle on his hands: with the ginger cat that gradually exterminates the blackbird family, and with Imre who is not used to getting no for an answer. We soon see that their war is no longer about where a man can park his car, but rather a desperate struggle between two very lonely figures who are forced to face the lie they are living and the scars they carry from their past, as they learn to abandon the very things they once thought constituted the meaning of their lives. They lose a game, and his teammates suspect him of throwing the match for money. One thing leads to another and he decides it might be a good idea to go into hiding for a short while. Francis calls in a favour from an underworld acquaintance called Albert, who arranges for him to stay deep in the remote Hungarian countryside with a Romanian stockman by the name of Cisco. It doesn t take Francis long to realise that he is trapped in what amounts to a modern-day slave camp, where men and women are held captive and forced to do hard manual work. The days go by and Francis begins to feel a strong attraction to Cisco s girlfriend, Anna. Cisco is paranoid and protective by nature, and he is quick to spot the animal magnetism between the black footballer and his girlfriend. Francis manages to make his escape but gets desperately lost in the unfamiliar landscape. He is near death when Cisco s men find him and take him back to the farm, where Anna helps Francis recover and their relationship evolves. Cisco s increasing jealousy makes him both cruel and unpredictable. Francis tries to make a break for a second time in the hope that he won t lose his way again. 14 15

With incredible luck, she found Father, who had as much courage to live as she had. The world twisted and turned around them, faces swirling, disappearing and reappearing, while they kept moving on, shoulder to shoulder, happily oblivious to it all. They were armed against the world: their sense of humour, integrity and faith in each other helped them pulling through. In short, they were free people in a country that was anything but free. Then an old friend of Zoltán s dies unexpectedly and he suddenly finds himself looking after a young German Shepherd puppy called PAW. Zoltán goes on to spend every second of the little free time he has with Paw, and soon trains him to become an excellent search and rescue dog. Now happy to put Paw to work, Zoltán founds the Hercules Special Rescue Team and they begin to respond to calls from all over the country. Things get tough for Zoltán as he battles to pursue his new passion and adapt to family life as a father. He is fired from his old job for missing work after rescuing people and very nearly losing his own life in the process. It s all a little too much for Zoltán, who eventually decides that it s time to give up, but before he does, he wants Paw to take an official canine qualification as a registered search and rescue dog. Paw passes the exam and the team are soon reunited, and a call comes in from Romania. The city of Brasov has been struck by a massive earthquake, leaving hundreds of homes in ruins. 82 hours have passed and the Hercules Team refuse to leave the rubble long after the rest have given up the search for survivors. But the day that he gets to taste real honey is the day that his life changes forever. He abandons his old life, sets up home in a remote forest and starts working with bees in a real and meaningful way. The harmful effects of a newly constructed mobile phone tower drive his bees away and so N establishes an environmentalist commune and starts a long legal fight against pollution to save his bees. But then he falls in love with L, the daughter of the director of the mobile phone company. The legal challenge fails, so N leaves his farm and L joins him. Angry and alone, N and L start attacking everything that might endanger their bees: petrol stations, factories, refineries. They hack the media, murder bankers and blow up shopping centres. N and L soon achieve a curious fame and they even have a film made about their escapades, called Zero. The couple are eventually forced to realise that, no matter what they do, they are destined to become part of the establishment. The company is brought together by the sister of the man, whom she has not seen for six years, to get the family together. The show breaks loose, and turns into a genuine drama. The film concentrates on the drama of the family, which has multiple levels, but one common cause. A teenage girl is hiding a criminal inside her bedroom closet. At first they have an innocent relationship, but slowly the man becomes bored with her girly ways, and begins to spy on her lonely mother. One day, after a jealous fight with the girl, the man leaves the closet and makes his way into the mother s life. The movie is the story of three women who taking advantage of a promising day, set sail for a pleasant cruise from a yacht club at Lake Balaton. Two of them are siblings, the third one is the friend of the younger sister, and not incidentally their future mother-in-law. Boroka grows up in an orphanage. She celebrates her 18th birthday in a luxury hotel with her boyfriend. Life in paradise seems to come to a sour end when they run out of cash. Boroka, with no money and no options moves in with her boyfriend, who is keen to supplement his income by selling her body to calling clients. A star broker, Péter Vas, has one day and one night to recoup an enormous sum missing from his biggest client s account. It might be just enough time, as the markets in the Far East open before the sun comes up in Europe. Can he win this high-stake gamble and resolve his potentially catastrophic personal issues over the course of 24 hours? 26 27
