Limited Warranty Warranty & Return Policy Manufacturer warrants to the Purchaser that each product manufactured and sold by it will be free of defects in material and workmanship in its intended use for the period of 5 years from the date of purchaser s purchase (the invoice date) from Manufacturer. Manufacturer s warranty flows only to Purchaser. If any product covered by this warranty is returned by Purchaser in the warranty period set forth above, and upon examination Manufacturer determines to its satisfaction that such product was defective in material or workmanship at the time of delivery to the Purchaser, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the product or the defective part thereof, or reimburse Purchaser for the purchase price. For purposes of clarity, repair or replace the product or the defective of the product does not include any reinstallation costs or expenses. This warranty only covers Products applied within their intended or normal use as defined by: Operating conditions are in accordance with the information on the product and its technical datasheets. Ambient temperature in the installation never exceeds the operating temperature range: -20degC to +45degC; Relative humidity in the installation never exceeds 90% RH, and indoor use only; Products are operated in an open luminaries, with minimum 10mm air around the body of Products; Products are not subjected to more than total of 20,000 fast switches (time between on and off is less than 10 minutes); The electrical installation in which the Product operates is not subjected to voltage fluctuations in a range exceeding 100V to 277V AC. If there are any quality problems with our products. Customers have the right to send the products to os for repairing, and we have the obligation to repair and send back to our customers with the cost and freight cost paid by Manufacturer within the warranty period. Manufacturer will not be responsible for damage to any product resulting from misuse, negligence, acts of God or accident or resulting from repairs or alterations made by any person or firm not duly authorized by Manufacturer in writing. In case of breakage PURCHASER must report any damage within 3 days of receipt of order by sending digital photographs of damaged items and shipping materials to kontakt@power-partner.dk. PURCHASER must retain damaged merchandise, packing and shipping containers until claim has been settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claims beyond this 3 day period will not be deemed valid by Manufacturer. All claims regarding shipment error must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Return policy Returns must be first acknowledged by Manufacturer. All packages sent to Manufacturer must have the initial sales invoice number issued and printed clearly on the outside for return.
