Fugitive Agent Monitoring Program Phoenix Operates an Advanced Water Quality Laboratory Capabilities of detecting organics, chemicals, metals, microbiologicals, toxicologicals, etc. New Analytical Instruments Purchased to Detect 102 Fugitive Agents Associated with Intentional Contamination Lists Narrowed Many have methods of dispersal more effective than application to drinking water. Some will not chemically dissolve in water or would rapidly degrade. Currently test for 74 of the 102 fugitive agents.
