Lending Criteria Small business owners & non-profits located in Texas. DBA for business owners. Startups (less than 24 mos.), & bank denials OK. Loan approval based on typical lending criteria (e.g. credit, collateral, cash flow, etc.) but without constraints of a regulated borrower. Every loan considered on its own merits. Ineligible active bankruptcy, civil judgment, federal tax liens, outstanding child support, non-medical collections, OFAC advisory list, delinquent student loans, adult entertainment Can work with prior incarcerated, misdemeanor, non-violent felony convictions. Individuals with ITIN plus other ID/ OK. Must have filed a federal tax return. Real-estate loans must be at least 50% owner-occupied. Except for federal tax liens, debt consolidation loans possible.
