Reserve some time for students to raise questions at the end of the lesson C. Reflect on teacher s own professional growth and spiritual growth. 2. At the subject panel s level A. Encourage teachers to attend seminars, courses and workshops and bring insight to their own subject panels B. Produce teaching tips / Effective Lesson Plans / Exercises / Teaching Materials or Activities and share with other teachers C. Share teaching experience during form meetings and panel meetings D. Promote inter-school communication or workshops to facilitate teaching or sharing of teaching experience and materials 3. At the school level A. Provide opportunities (Staff Development Day) and useful tool (Teacher Competencies Framework ) for teachers self reflection on their professional growth B. Establish mentoring system for teachers with less teaching experience C. Arrange special talk or workshop on Learners Diversity and sharing time for teachers professional development at individual as well as subject panel levels D. Encourage high achievers to participate in the outstanding students award selection and territory-wide student leadership programmes - Provide subsidies (e.g. travel subsidy) - Invite professional tutors for some extra-curriculum activities 1. Learn from Jesus teaching a. Study the Bible on Bearing Fruit, Sermon on the Mount and Parables of Jesus through Morning Assembly, Reading Period, Bulletin Board Sharing and Competition and English and Chinese composition. b. Arrange Bible Reading Time in Reading Period c. Read the Bible together during Form Teacher Period d. Reinforce Jesus teaching and provide more chances for students to share their testimonies in RSC lessons. e. Ask students to recite one verse of Jesus teaching in the Bible every month (RSC Panel). f. Arrange Reciting Bible Verses Competition (RSC Panel). Qualitative and quantitative evaluation. 1.
