More Course Details You can do the entire program in as quick as four months, but we give you up to eight months to complete the course work, if needed. Phase II: Application Part 1: Project Management Toolbox - This 40 hour course teaches the student how to create a customized Project Management Toolbox of templates based on best practices. An eight-week instructor led online class where students spend five hours per week doing the course activities as part of their day-to-day work. 4 CEUs/40 PDUs Part 2: Project Management Career Builder - This 5 hour course teaches the student how to leverage their project management skills to develop enhanced career opportunities.
