Depending on your English level, within one calendar year you can achieve the required TOEFL score AND accumulate academic credits which are sufficient for you to matriculate into the second year of your academic program! This program saves you both time and money and permits you to complete your undergraduate education in four years rather than the four and one-half to five years normally required to complete a traditional ESL Transition Program. The ISES Study Abroad with English Program permits you to study for two or three semesters in an ESL Program and take regular academic courses associated with your academic discipline. You will return to your home university with an official university transcript indicating your courses and grades achieved.
