In addition to resolving known issues in previous versions of OfficeMate, this updated version improves upon OfficeMate s robust attributes and offers useful new features and expanded functionality. Toolbar The OfficeMate Administration toolbar now includes the following feature: If you are using Eyefinity EHR, the OfficeMate Administration toolbar now displays the status of the service that sends information between OfficeMate and Eyefinity EHR. Click the status icon to open the Integration Manager. Patient Center The Patient Center window includes the following enhancements: If you are using Eyefinity EHR, the ExamWRITER button is no longer available. If you are using Eyefinity EHR, exams are still listed in the Exam History tab. Exams recorded in Eyefinity EHR are denoted with an (I). Patient Demographic The Patient Demographic window includes the following enhancements: If you are using Eyefinity EHR, you can no longer right-click the title bar and select ExamWRITER to view the patient s electronic medical record. Instead, you will need to open Eyefinity EHR. If you are using Eyefinity EHR, exams are still listed in the Exam History tab. 3 Rx Order Windows Rx Order Windows The improved Rx Order windows contain a number of new features: The Add value for hard and soft contact lenses now accepts Low, Med, and High values. Previously, only numeric values were accepted.
