9 Partnership Platform UNLIMITED ACCESS to our research analysts and resources (online library, etc.) FIXED, ANNUAL COST for all Hanover partners. We do not meter usage or cap the number of projects. FLEXIBILITY ACCOUNTABILITY EVALUATION INNOVATION
10 What a Partnership Means We become an extension of your staff and deliver action-orientated results that address your key issues A partnership comprises the authority to request research on any topic, unlimited access to Hanover s Education Library, and all additional partnership components. Partnership Terms: 24 months from the start date, renewable annually YOUR HANOVER RESEARCH TEAM YOUR DEDICATED POINTS OF CONTACT Partner Content Director Responsible for allocating each project request to the appropriate Hanover grants consultant or research analysts and managing its progress from start to finish Relationship Director Ensures partner satisfaction and engages usage of our added resources such as topical webinars, and liaises with other partners in order to provide peer networking opportunities Quantitative Research Team Data segmentation, mining and analysis, descriptive analytics, trend, regression and longitudinal analysis, predictive analysis, program evaluation, economic impact assessment Qualitative Research Team Survey design, qualitative data coding Market Research Team Labor and demographic trends, benchmarking, program feasibility, partnership analysis Primary & Generalist Research Team Peer group development, literature review, best practices, case studies, benchmarking
11 Additional Components of Partnership QUARTERLY CONSULTATIONS Our experts check in periodically to offer strategic guidance and gather feedback to ensure each partner is maximizing its use of our resources. These conference calls are an opportunity to: (i.) Evaluate previously-completed studies; (ii.) Address follow-up questions; (iii.) Assist in the implementation of key findings; (iv.) Survey accessibility and relevance of the library, redacted reports and webinars; and (v.) Outline potential queries/discuss recommendations for next projects. MONTHLY WEBINARS These online seminars will be hosted by Hanover and can be attended by all current partners by as many internal constituencies as you wish. The purpose is to give our partners a forum to discuss ideas with other administrators as well as learn more about a specific report that are relevant to the larger partnership. WEEKLY SYNDICATED S & RESEARCH ABSTRACTS Once a month, we share summaries with links to our latest research studies on key issues completed on behalf of other partners. Each week, we circulate a briefing around a broadly-applicable topic that will be of interest to all public school district partners; partners are encouraged to ask for additional research around those topics that they find most interesting and we will customize it to fit that partner s most pressing needs. EDUCATION LIBRARY Hanover makes it ongoing practice to redact and share research commissioned by one partner that we think will be of interest to others (upon consent of the partner that commissioned the research). This research is archived and available to all partners through our online Education Library.
12 Get Valuable Insights with Unlimited Access to our Education Library Searchable by keyword, phrase, date, or frequency of download Unlimited PDF downloads to share internally 8-10 new studies added each week An additional benefit of partnership with Hanover is access to our searchable online database of 1,700+ research reports related to K-12 and Higher Education. These reports contain valuable insights into a multitude of curricular, teaching, student, operational, and administrative-related topics and can serve as idea-generators for new projects. Here is a sampling of the most recent topics added to the archives: Review of Best Practices and Issues in Special Education Recommendations for School Closings K-12 Literacy Interventions A Review of Current Literature Middle Level Grade Configuration International Baccalaureate Assessment Methods Collecting Child Level Data and Federal Privacy Laws Technology Integration in the Classroom Review of Transitional and Dual Language Programs Data Sharing Practices in Education and Government Distributed Leadership in Primary and Secondary Education
