Responsibilities: Interned as a sport psychology consultant for women ages 16-50, worked on performance enhancements techniques such as confidence, motivation, goal setting, imagery, relaxation, mindfulness, focus/concentration, team work, as well as injury recovery, body image, career transitions, and other related skills for road, cyclo-cross, and mountain biking for individuals and teams. Responsibilities: Conducted a series of webinars on how to integrate sport psychology techniques into the coaching programs.
