We are delighted that you have chosen to participate and help us make Affinity Rewards the success that it is. Affinity Rewards is a program that we created in response to requests from our owners for a promotion that would give them the opportunity to introduce their circle of family and friends to the Vacation Village Family of Resorts. We ve built our reputation on listening to our owners and answering their needs. As an owner, you can earn Affinity Rewards for sending your likeminded friends to visit one of our resorts and for participating in various promotions. To help you get started in earning Affinity Rewards, we have created this booklet. It outlines your owner benefits, provides some useful promotional tools and contains important phone numbers. 5 Easy Steps to Get You Started There are four easy steps to get you started earning Affinity Rewards... Step One: Share the Experience Introduce your friends and family to Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates by sending us their names, phone numbers and addresses. We ll offer your friends a choice of many fabulous getaways to take advantage of. Step Two: Earn Cash For each of your qualified friends or family members that tours one of our resorts, we ll credit your account with 10,000 Affinity Rewards a value of $100. Step Three: Cash In You can redeem Affinity Rewards for cash twice each year. Just call or us at rewards@vacationvillageresorts.com to redeem your Affinity Rewards. We ll send you a check within 21 days. You get to decide how you want to spend the cash. Step Four: Following the Money Trail To monitor your Affinity Rewards account, visit or and sign in. We will not under any circumstances call your friends without approval. Therefore, if your family and friends are listed on a Do Not Call List and wish to take advantage of our offers, they must contact our resorts directly. 8 Following the Money Trail Once you have signed up for Affinity Rewards you will be mailed a user ID, password and membership card. You can then go to or to sign in, monitor and track your Affinity Rewards account. When you are connected to the Affinity Rewards or Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates website, click on the Affinity login link at the top of the screen to go to the login page. Enter your user name and password and click the login button. When you login, you will see your contact information on the screen; you can change or update information as needed and click on the Update Account button to save it. To view your Affinity Rewards account information, click on the Affinity Rewards button. You can also view any scheduled referral tours by clicking on the Scheduled Referral Tours button. 7

9 Frequently Asked Questions What is this promotion? Through this promotion you can earn Affinity Rewards for participating in the Affinity Rewards Program. You can earn additional rewards for sending your likeminded friends to tour one of our participating resorts throughout the duration of this promotion. How does it work? Affinity Rewards are awarded for various services and activities as defined in promotional materials distributed from time to time. What is the cost? There are absolutely no costs or fees to participate. Who is eligible? All Vacation Village Resorts owners and select affiliated resort owners are eligible.* What do I get? Members receive Affinity Rewards for various promotions or offers both on-line and at select, participating resorts as determined solely by Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates. What are Affinity Rewards worth? Affinity Rewards are worth one cent each. For example, 1,000 Affinity Rewards are worth $10 United States of America dollars. Affinity Rewards can be redeemed for cash and are disbursed via check to both owner of record and address on file. Do I still receive 10,000 Affinity Rewards if my friends buy a referral package, visit the resort, but do not tour? No, your friends must tour for you to receive10,000 Affinity Rewards. How do I redeem Affinity Rewards? Contact the Affinity Rewards Customer Service department at or via at rewards@vacationvillageresorts.com. Please provide the Social Security Number of the owner of record and allow 21 days for redemption. NOTE: Rewards are only redeemable twice in any calendar year with a minimum redemption of five United States dollars ($5) or 500 rewards. Who is the owner of record? Multiple owners on one deed must designate one contact person who is the owner of record for Rewards purposes. Only the owner of record is eligible to receive Affinity Rewards. How long do Affinity Rewards last? Affinity Rewards are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. *Applies to select affiliated resorts; Vacation Village Resorts reserves the right to select which affiliated resorts are eligible for participation in the Affinity Rewards Program. 8

10 Terms & Conditions Members must be successfully registered to participate in Affinity Rewards and agree to all membership rules, guidelines and terms and conditions. Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates reserves the right to restrict, revoke or suspend a specific member and/or an entire group. Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates reserves the right to change, alter or terminate the Affinity Rewards program as deemed necessary at any point. All monies redeemed by members may be subject to tax liability. Any such taxes are the sole responsibility of the member. Members must be current in all fees including, but not limited to, maintenance fees, property taxes and monthly installments to be eligible for Affinity Rewards. Corporations, partnerships, entities and/or groups are not eligible for Affinity Rewards. Only individuals are eligible. Married couples or registered domestic partnerships (where applicable) are considered as one individual. Members agree to the use, without compensation, of their names, addresses or likenesses for advertising and marketing purposes and publicity. Members receive Affinity Rewards one time only for the same referral. Sign up rewards are given during initial sign up only. A referral must tour a participating resort for member to be eligible to receive Affinity Rewards for that referral. The Berkley Group, Inc., Great Eastern Resorts, Inc. and Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates family, its (meaning The Berkley Group, Great Eastern Resorts, Inc. and Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates family) affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees are not eligible for Affinity Rewards nor will they be liable for any injury, death, damage and/or loss to any person or any property and/or for any expense(s), accident(s) or inconvenience(s) incurred by any members, guests and/or users while staying at any resort/property and/or as a result of any promotion. All materials are the property of the Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates family and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, disseminated, published and/or used for any purposes without the express written authorization from an authorized Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates representative. Due to federal and state regulations, Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates only acknowledges and authorizes the use of company-approved marketing materials, including, but not limited to, all media, TV, radio, flyers, brochures, newspapers, magazines, websites and all Internet usage. Members must mail any and all changes in writing addressed to Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates at 1501 N.W. 49th Street, Suite 104, Fort Lauderdale, FL with all necessary and pertinent documentation and verify receipt of the written correspondence and necessary documentation by telephonically contacting the Customer Service department at within twenty (20) days of the mailing by the member. Accounts that have been inactive (zero activity) for one (1) year will not receive an account statement of any sort. Please refer to the website, for any updates, changes, or deletions.
