3 Where we are today? A number of Building Blocks have been developed under the different Large Scale Pilots. These are interconnected but sometimes overlapping (e.g. edelivery). So, interoperability of Building Blocks needs to be validated The next LSP (esens) consolidates the developed Building Blocks. Looking forward, the CEF will in the medium term ensure their further development & deployment.
