7 ADOit: Technical Information Short Facts ADOit is the IT Architecture and Service Management tool of the BOC Management Office and can be used as a Standalone or Client / Server installation. ADOit offers a Web-Client, which enables the decentralised acquisition of architecture elements, the creation of reports and personalised architecture dashboards. Data Management is provided for using relational databases, where external data from various interfaces (for example Microsoft Excel, SQL-, CSV-, XML interfaces etc.) can be input. Through numerous unfolded APIs, like Web Services or the standardised script language JavaScript, ADOit can also be controlled from external tools and it is also possible to integrate with third party Service Repositories and CMDBs.
