1 Guidelines for the on-line registration and admission test in Master's Degree courses taught in English at the University of Bergamo for NON UE students Academic year 2015/2016 PLEASE NOTE : Submission of the pre-evaluation form does not guarantee direct admission to the degree Course. It simply allows the potential applicant to receive a response from the academic board regarding suitability and eligibility of his/her application FIRST STEP: ON LINE REGISTRATION Go to this web page to start the on-line registration: 1-Click Registration : Click on eng for the English version 1

4 3-Fill in the information required (fields with *are mandatory) and click Next NOTE: If you are not an Italian citizen, the system will automatically calculate a temporary Italian Tax code, as you may see below. Please remember: you have to apply for the official Tax Code at the office in charge Agenzia delle Entrate when you arrive in Italy. 4

6 4-Fill in the information required about your permanent address at home - (fields with * are mandatory). Tick Yes Then click Next : 5-Fill in the information required - (fields with * are mandatory) and Click Next : 6

7 NOTE The address is of a great importance for any communication the University needs to send to you or to find a forgotten password. These fields must be filled as shown. 7

8 6-Fill in the information required (fields with * are mandatory) and click Next. NOTE: Your password must contain at least 8 letters/numbers!! 7- Click Confirm : 8

11 SECOND STEP: ADMISSION TEST Once you have done the on-line pre-registration, you can apply for the admission test. NOTE: Students can pre-apply only for two Master s degree courses among these: Clinical Psychology for Individuals, Families and Organizations in the Department of Human and Social Sciences Economics and Global Markets in the Department of Management, Economics and Quantitative Methods Management Engineering in the Department of Engineering Management, Finance and International Business in the Department of Management, Economics and Quantitative Methods A- curriculum in Management, Leadership and Marketing (MLM) B- curriculum in International Business and Finance (IBF) Planning and Management of Tourism Systems in the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Communication Studies 1-Follow this link: 2-Click Login : 11

14 4-Click Registrar s Office : 5-Click on Admission test (menu on the left): 14

17 7-Tick Master s degree (two years),then click Next : 8-Tick Admission to LM : 17

19 9-Click Confirm and proceed 10-If during the Registration procedure(step One) you did not fill in any identity documents click Submit a new identity document. Otherwise, if you have already entered your personal details, click Next 19

20 11-Choose the relevant Master s degree course taught in English (you can apply for two admission test) (NOTE: for Management, Finance and International Business course, you can specify whether you choose curriculum A - Management, leadership and marketing or B - International, Business and finance in a following step) 20

21 12-In case you need assistance because of invalidity, fill in this page. If not click Next : 21

22 12.1-This page shows you the information about your Invalidity Declaration. If all is correct click Next. Otherwise click Insert new invalidity declaration to modify or to add further information. 22

23 13-Verify all the information entered in previous pages, then click confirm and proceed if everything is correct 23

24 14-To proceed you must enter the details of your High School Degree 15-Then, enter the details of your Degree. Options 1,2,3,4 and 6 should be inserted by people who have an Italian Degree. Those who have a foreign Degree must select Option 5. Both should fill in all fields with the required information about the title. 24

25 Then click Proceed 15.1-Only for Foreign University Degree. Fill in all fields and then click Proceed FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET OBTAINED THE BACHELOR: 25

26 - select OTHER - put 1/01/2014 as Date of graduation - put 99/100 in the compulsory area Mark 26

27 16-Tick Yes in order to attach compulsory file/document listed below which contribute to the valuation. ( for compulsory document see the checklist) At the end click Next. Only for Management, Finance and International Business perspective students: when you upload Courses Description please specify the curriculum you want to apply for (A or B) If you choose more than a Master s Degree Course please attach different Course descriptions with different files name 27

28 16.1-Here we show you how to attach the documents. Follow the same procedure for every document you want to attach 17-Once you have attached all the relevant documents, tick No and then click Next. 28

29 18-In order to confirm the file you attached in the previous pages click Next. If it is necessary to add further document or to modify something click Back 19-Now click Complete the access to the test or back if you need to modify something. 29

30 20-Your process registration for the pre-evaluation has been successfully completed. If you need to modify some details Click Edit registration. 30

31 Click on the botton STAMP on your keyboard and paste in a word file in order to save a copy of Test Registration Summary. PLEASE NOTE: 31

32 In order to submit another pre-evaluation form for a new Master s Degree Course taught in English login again and start a new procedure. You can check your registration details whenever you login by clicking on Admission Tests. 32
