34 Final Thoughts Efforts to develop the data for planning studies provide an important milestone. Further data refinement will likely continue. In using the data in the present form, consideration should be made based on the location and the objectives of the study. For preliminary assessments of studies, these data sets appropriate in most cases. Sensitivity analysis to indicate extent of uncertainty due to data extrapolation or other approximations. 34
