4 MISSION SEARCH SERVICES Mission Search provides staffing and recruitment services to a wide range of healthcare organizations in the private sector across the United States as well as government and military healthcare treatment facilities. Whether it s filling a position in a large acute care medical center or within a single physician practice, our healthcare career services are based upon finding the match between the client s specific requirements and the professionals specific career goals. Mission Search Services are divided in the following specialty groups: Management Search Our Management Search team is focused on the recruitment and placement of talented management professionals. We use SearchQuest sm, our proprietary candidate assessment tool, to enable us to qualify talented, experienced, quality-oriented candidates who can impact an organization s quality, team building, revenue enhancement, and cost containment. All search candidates complete the SearchQuest sm questionnaire to provide in their own written words their experience, leadership skills, and vision. We follow a mutually agreed-upon timeline to complete the search, and often surpass our clients expectations. Interim Management Mission Search provides qualified interim management personnel for short and long term consulting assignments that can assist client organizations both operationally and strategically at critical times, or for special projects or audits.
5 Physician Services We provide solutions to the challenges that hospitals and groups face when recruiting qualified physicians. We know that ultimately, you want to work with a firm with which you can truly partner. Mission Search places experienced, Board Certified Radiation Oncologists on a locum tenens basis or through our Physicial Referral Program. This program includes a unique approach to providing rapid turn around time for locum assignments, helping reduce the stress caused by vacation, work overload, and unexpected shortages in your facilities.
