8 Installing Cloud Report Design Tools All Cloud Report Design tools are available to download directly from the Cloud instance: From the Navigator Under Tools, click on "Reports and Analytics A new page would be displayed, towards top left, under "Reports and Analytics", you will find a small icon in the shape of a book. Click on this book icon, then you will be diverted to Oracle BI in a New window. Click on Home tab (Available on the top right). Towards left, you will find a category "Get Started...

9 Installing Cloud Report Design Tools Recommended to ONLY download client design tools from the instance, unless explicitly told otherwise by Oracle Cloud Support This will ensure that the your client software will support the Cloud Financials version your enterprise is using

13 BI Publisher Add-in for Microsoft Word Provides the ability to: Import XML or SQL source Lay out a report template using standard Microsoft Word formatting Preview and run the report within Word

22 Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence From the Navigator Under Tools, click on "Reports and Analytics Select Create, and select Report or Analysis Select a Subject Area to report on Cloud Customers: Only REAL TIME Subject Areas are available to you. On Premise Customers: All Subject Areas are available to you

23 Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Once you ve selected a subject area, reportable attributes are grouped together Select each attribute you wish to include in your report, and move it to the right

24 Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence As the attributes are added, you can select whether you can drill on an attribute, or navigate directly to the transaction You can select whether the analysis is a table, a graph, or a combination of both You can select how the data is sorted (multiple column sorts), as well as filtering out data (e.g. don t return AP Invoices less than $500)
