14 Permanent Staffing Talent Search Objective is to find the right person for roles identified by customers on their payroll The customer provides role descriptions and other parameters based on which search is conducted Besides job portals, we use our network to source the right candidates The service is charged on a per assignment basis The base fee is 8.33% of CTC of the joinee.
