Version (9.0B SP4), November 17th, 2010 Adagio OrderEntry 8.1D ( ) Adagio Ledger 9.0C SP2 ( ) Adagio BoM 8.1D ( ) o Added support for field changes within filters. o Fixed a problem with the use of wildcards. Not all combinations were generated. o Fixed a problem with combining departments under one account. The problem was specific to G/L 9.0C and select data configurations. o Fixed a problem with changing a customer, where cross-referencing was active. The source customer was written with a blank (invalid) control account, terms and billing cycle. The problem was correctable from within A/R. o Fixed a problem with the re-calculation of customer statistics. Rerun this function to correct the problem. 7 Adagio Receivables 9.0A ( ) Adagio SalesAnalysis 8.1B ( ) Adagio Time&Billing 8.1B ( ) o An option has been added to change stock items to non-stock item, when clearing item quantity. Version (9.0B), April 30th, 2010 Adagio Ledger 9.0C ( ) o Added protection against combining two G/L accounts with different account types, currencies or multi-currency setting. This can lead to data integrity problems. o Added new print/preview options for windows size and magnification. o Added the ability to export to Excel from each grid. o Improved error reporting on all imports. You can print or view errors that could be due to a combination of records. o Improved the import/export to Excel, using current formats. o Improved the data integrity checker. You will be prompted to backup the data before a rebuild or after a clean check. o Fixed a problem with deleting inventory items. The items were not removed from I/C history. This error can be corrected using the I/C data integrity checker. o Fixed a problem with importing inventory item changes. The previous version permitted mixed case item codes. Imported codes are converted to upper case or trimmed of leading zeroes to be consistent with Adagio. Version (9.0A), February 8th, 2010 Adagio Checks 8.1B ( ) Adagio FX 8.1C ( ) o Fixed a problem with the G/L account code changer and GL90A or GL90B. Accounts in unposted G/L batches were overlooked. Version (9.0A), February 2nd, 2010 o Updated the Toolkit DLL to recognize DataCare 8.1A. The previous warning could have been ignored, because the Toolkit doesn't change any data with DataCare. Version (9.0A), January 5th, 2010 o Updated ADS32.DLL to to fix an error with rebuilding files. Version (9.0A), January 1 st, 2010 o Improved the detection on unsupported data o Updated the ADS32.DLL to current version, o Fixed a problem with the import, where the AR and OE data was absent. An error message would appear about unable to open the O/E ShipTo data file.

8 o Fixed a problem with opening wildcard files that contain blank spaces in the middle of the wildcard. Ex: GL!NP- 9.DAT Version (9.0A), December 15th, 2009 Adagio Payables 8.1B ( ) o Purchase a 2 year upgrade plan and receive a 3 rd year for free. Version (9.0A), October 15th, 2009 o Fixed a compatibility issue with Order Entry 8.1C. The symptom would be a fixable data integrity error in the Sales Order Detail file, after a change to an item. Version (9.0A), October 1st, 2009 o Added the following new functions: I/C Category Changer I/C Location Changer Home Currency Changer ShipTo Changer Recalculate Customer Statistics Recalculate Vendor Statistics Edit G/L Posted Transactions Adagio Time & Billing 8.1B ( ) Adagio Inventory 8.1B ( ) o Added an item range to the Unit Of Measure Changer o Added last access information to the Open dialog. o Redesigned the registration process. New registration codes are required for this version. o Reorganized the menus by Adagio product. o Improved the progress information and response. o Redesigned the installation process. Version (8.1B SP3), September 10th, 2009 o Added a workstation install o Improved the performance of the Item Format Changer. o Fixed a problem with Item Format Changer. Under certain scenarios, the Sales Analysis item field was not updated to the new format. In particular, orphaned inventory items. Version (8.1B SP2), May 5th, 2009 Adagio BankRec 8.1B ( ) Adagio Ledger 9.0B ( ) Adagio Purchase Orders 8.1A ( ) o Fixed a problem with the rebuild of a Sales Analysis transaction index. If discovered, the S/A data integrity checker would rebuild the error. There was no loss of data. o Added the backup file name to the progress dialog. Version (8.1B SP1), April 7th, 2009 Adagio Receivables 9.0A ( ) Adagio Invoices 8.1B ( ) Adagio SalesAnalysis 8.1B ( ) Adagio Lanpak 9.0B o Fixed a problem with the truncation of GL 9.0A description fields. The acct/dept description has been increased to 40 characters. All description fields have been expanded to support this 9.0 standard length. Conversion of existing Toolkit data files will be required. o Improved the post progress response. The progress bar should immediately appear when you post changes. o Improved the response to a backup failure prior to posting changes. The user will be informed and the post will be aborted. o Improved the validation of pending changes that were imported or added by the user. o Added support for the Adagio menu from within the Toolkit. Version , March 11th, 2009 o Fixed a problem at startup, accessing ACCPAC Plus J/C data. o Fixed a problem combining certain I/C items. For example, item ' ABC' into 'ABC'. For multi-segmented items, leading blanks are acceptable. In this instance, the process failed to combine the I/C historical transactions. o Fixed a problem with the reports, where the default number format is not '#,###.##'. Version , February 22nd, 2009 o Added a 'last access date' to Active Data grid. The dates can be useful to determine when a particular module was last run. o Added support for job alerts, soon to be supported by Adagio JobCost. o Corrected a problem with merging customers or vendors where they share the same

10 document numbers. Duplicate documents are not permitted, so the Toolkit will rename them. For example, Invoice 1000 becomes 1000A or 1000B. The detection of duplicates has been improved. Version , January 18th, 2009 o Corrected a few missing field references in G/L sub-ledgers and external batch files. Version (8.1B), January 2nd, 2009 o Added the Job Cost Changer. You can change, combine or copy a job, phase or category. o Added the I/C Unit of Measure Changer. Use the 'load' function to view all entered units. o Added the I/C Recalculate Sales History function. You can edit the fiscal calendar stored in I/C and then recalculate the item sales history statistics. The function relies on I/C historical transactions. o Added new options to the company profile. o Added support for wildcard entry. For example, changing customers 'A?????' to 'B?????'. The result will be multiple records that match the wildcard entry. The '?' is used to indicate any character. o Added support for an automated post from one or more functions. Functions can be specified from the command line. Please refer to the manual for details. o Added an automatic export of posted changes to a CSV file. o Fixed a problem with the G/L Account Changer. If you changed the department to one that previously did not exist, the new department would have been added with a blank description using the company profile retained earnings acct/dept. o Changed the completion message when you post changes. The message will tell you how many changes were made, as opposed to the number of instances. o Fixed the text on the import/export job cost dialog. The acceptable values for the 'Code Type' field are 1=Job, 2=Archived Job, 3=Phase, 4=Category. Version , December 29, 2008 o Fixed a problem when combining G/L accounts. Budget information from the merged account could have been lost. Version , November 3, 2008 o Improved the validation of imported pending changes. o Fixed an error message while posting changes to inventory items. The error message was related to an invalid category. Version , October 28, 2008 o Fixed a problem where a Crystal Reports configuration file was being updated from the Toolkit install directory. It may have caused problems with a few Adagio reports. For example, the Adagio Invoices, Batch Listing Report. o Added a check for special prices during the data integrity check. This check will only appear if you have order entry. The function will repair any special prices affected by a previous build. Version , October 15, 2008 o Fixed a problem with updating items that are also O/E special prices. The item was changed, but so was the category field. With special price items, the category should remain blank. Re-editing the special price would fix

11 the problem. Version , September 25, 2008 o Added a missing DLL (SSIBDM32) to the installation. The DLL was required when the Adagio Lanpak registration was incomplete. The workaround was to manually copy the file from \SOFTRAK\SYSTEM to \SOFTRAK\TOOLKIT\SYSTEM or complete the Lanpak registration. Version , August 25, 2008 o Added a check for items on quotes, purchase orders and sales orders that may have been overlooked by the Delete Inventory function. o The inventory item extension record was not deleted by the Delete Inventory function. The problem was correctable by the IC data integrity checker. o Fixed a problem changing inventory items with leading blank characters. The pending change record had the blank character removed. Version , July 28, 2008 o Fixed a problem with accessing the HTML help from a network location. o Fixed a problem with changing G/L accounts that are in subledger batches. Version , July 23, 2008 o Added configuration information to the registration form. o Fixed a problem with validating pending change records. The user should not be able to add more than one change per target code. For example, item A to item B, item C to item B. You can only do this scenario with multiple combine records. o Fixed a problem with the I/C item import. The description length should have been 40, instead of 30. o Fixed a problem with the I/C item number changer. Under certain scenarios, the item count in the category file was not correct. The I/C DIC can repair this type of problem. Version , July 9, 2008 o Adjusted form sizes to consider XP desktop themes. Version , June 29, 2008 o Fixed a problem deleting cross-referenced G/L 9 accounts. o Improved the performance of the I/C Item format change.
