2 Classes scheduled at convenient times / Students are able to register for classes with few conflicts What classes are students needing and when Are course offerings student centered More of an issue in a particular program or division Options for offering classes during the evening or weekends Do you have enough classroom space for the course demands Timing of accessing classes related to getting a degree in timely fashion Academic advisor knowledgeable re: program and transfer requirements Publish year-round course schedules or multi-year course schedules Clearly identify classes that are not offered every session Maximize the classes that are available online and provide adequate support Do a supply and demand analysis of courses and adjust schedules accordingly Explore issues based on particular programs Provide appropriate training and guidance to advisors for registration processes School does what it can to help students reach educational goals Do advisors have access to the most current requirements Do they have the information to make proper recommendations on pre-requisites Do they make the right recommendations for classes with limited course offerings Do your advisors have the proper training to build relationships Have you partnered with the institutions your students are typically transferring to Is this information updated regularly Noel-Levitz, Inc. 2
