The quaity eve of higher education intitution and graduate tend to be inequitabe due to increaing number of newy etabihed intitution. 2. The Reationhip between Education Standard and Quaity Aurance Section 5 in the Nationa Education Act 999 (2 nd amendment in 2002) regarding the Educationa Adminitration and Management tate in artice 3 that the Minitry of Education i authorized to promote and upervie education in a categorie and eve a we a to et poicy, pan and education tandard. Artice 34 in the Act determine that the Commiion on Higher Education, which i under the Minitry of Education, ha the reponibiity to device tandard for higher education which houd be in ine with the Nationa Economic and Socia Deveopment Pan and the Nationa Education Standard. Therefore, to compy with the Nationa Education Act, the Commiion on Higher Education ued the Nationa Education Standard a the guideine to et poicie and tandard of practice for higher education intitution. The Higher Education Standard decribe the purpoe and principe of the education adminitration among higher education intitution in Thaiand. It i created in uch a way to upport the divere group and categorie of higher education intitution o that a intitution can utiize the Standard and et their own miion and tandard of operation. The Minitry announced the required ytem, reguation, and method for the interna quaity aurance among higher education intitution in In 2003, the announcement wa upported a a miniteria reguation regarding the ytem, reguation, and method for the interna quaity aurance among higher education intitution (2003). Since then it wa ued a the bai for the interna quaity aurance practice. The detai are a foow: 3..
